Returns

      • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
      • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
      • Custom or commissioned artwork and discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
    • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
    • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.
